Membership provides access to VILLA’s services, including course registration, the ability to contract VILLA for training and events, and access to VILLA’s insurance for water safety-focused community initiatives. 

VILLA offers services where other organizations often fall short. We specialize in delivering high-quality training in outdoor and challenging environments, but we are also fully equipped to provide services at almost any location across Vancouver Island.

VILLA holds inter-municipal business licenses and carries comprehensive commercial general liability insurance with coverage up to $5 million. We can also list your organization as an additional insured on our policy.

In addition to VILLA’s general liability coverage, all VILLA subcontractor instructors are required to:

• Hold a valid business license
  
  

• Maintain WorkSafeBC Personal Optional Protection (POP)
  
  

• Carry the Lifesaving Society BC & Yukon Branch’s General Liability insurance, which provides coverage up to $2 million
